Record keeping and clinical excellence is key to effective management and achievement of set goals in any human organization. In medicine this is even more critical than in other human endeavors. Equally important is the need to have easy access to information as at when needed. Thus it is absolutely necessary that medical records are properly kept and easily accessible. This system and healthcare software, patient information can be made available at the front line, for example, to ward or district nurses. Just enter a pre-selected piece of data, such as the patient's last name, and your form is pre-populated with other information from the patient record.
